The Selectors of the SKENA UP Festival will decide which film will be invited in the Festival. The Festival Selectors won't accept the applications that don't have all the information required.

The films that will join the competition will be informed by e-mail at least one month before the festival starts.
- • Films must be no longer than 30 minutes.
- • The film must be no older than January 2011.
- • The film must be produced during studies and should present a film school.
- • The film must have English subtitles
If your film is officially selected you will have to send a BETA SP (PAL) copy in the same address written above.

TRANSPORTATION
The journey between the airport and the hotel normally takes about 20 to 30 minutes by taxi. As part of the Festival package, meeting at the airport will be arranged for all participants to and from the hotel. To facilitate this, please share your flight information early with SKENA UP staff.

RULES FOR THEATRE PROGRAM

The theatre application form of SKENA UP should be filled online.
The applicants must be students (at least the director or the actors!)
DVD of the performance (promotional materials such as posters are welcome) should be sent to the following address: SKENA UP Festival P.O. BOX 39, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo
Festival will decide which performance will be invited to the Festival.
Deadline for receiving applications by mail is: September 15th, 2012

The performance that will be selected to enter the competition in the Festival will be announced by e-mail at least one month after the deadline.
If your performance is selected from the Selection Committee of the Festival, the Festival will cover the following expenses:
- • Round Trip Airport Transport for all Performance members.
- • Accommodation for 4 days during the festival
- • Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
- • Free entry to all SKENA UP program
SKENA UP will not be able to cover for the expenses:
- • Airfare
- • The expenses for the stage design and other set equipment
- • The expenses mentioned above for a group of more than 7 persons,including actors, the technicians and professors.
For every Theatre performance the Festival will offer only six hours for rehearsals on the day when the performance will be shown.
SKENA UP will not select theatre students who have participated in the Festival twice!

Accreditation is for free and gives you access to all of the SKENA UP Festival program.
