We made it. SKENA UP finally presents its full programme.
The programme that will be presented to you in this edition includes more than fifty film and theatre academies from around the world. You will enjoy wonderful work that has been a result of a very competitive selection process, which made our job very difficult.

Official National Film Competition Program
With only two weeks to go, we are proud to announce the National Film Competition Programme. Best National Film will be awarded with 500 euros. This symbolic award should be used to create another short film by the same director.

EXYU Generation Next Program
Last year’s successful programme EXYU Generation next will be returning to SKENA UP with fantastic films from region. Debuts like the Croatian FLEKE (SPOTS), the Slovenian IZLET (A TRIP) and 32 DECEMBAR (32ND DECEMBER) show their juvenile protagonists stuck in an emotional triangle between coming-of-age process, despair and delinquency. – Bernd Buder (Director of connecting Cottbus)
