Someone might think this wouldn’t be possible but in the cultural scene and especially at SKENA UP this is no question at all: in the morning of Day 4 the two artistic friends Arben Zharku and Filip Vujosevic from Serbia opened the discussion on the question whether Kosovo and Serbia can co-produce.
Although the masses partied until late night to the cheesy music of DJ D Master at Secret Lounge, the third day of greenish SKENA UP started again at 10 o’clock, Sirius Hotel.
The opening night and second day of SKENA UP Festival Edition IX have been a full success. After a pleasant ceremony in the National Theatre of Prishtina with presenters picking on everything and everyone and the amusing animation film Flamingo Pride from Cologne guests and hosts started the festival in a jolly and excited mood. According to Festival director Arben Zharku’s words this year’s edition of SKENA UP is going to have “a new spirit”.
